The XT285 has the same features as the XT185 plus two heart rate programs, an audio jack for digital music listening, and a deck that is 1/4" thicker to accommodate runners and higher weight capacities. This unit features a bright blue backlit LCD console, Quick Speed and Incline keys , wireless heart rate (telemetric chest strap included), and remote Speed and Incline controls. The XT285 treadmill is Spirit entry level treadmill with the capacity for joggers and light runners. It has a folding deck with Soft-Drop gas shock assist, integrated cooling fans, quick speed and elevation keys, plus an MP3 audio jack and speakers.
