With a combination of magnets and air as resistance, together with an aluminium seat track, the R301 offers an ultra smooth rowing action. The rowing computer is height adjustable so you can row in the most comfortable position, and with a foldable seat track the R301 can be compactly stored when not being used. Heavy duty pivoting footplates, a large comfortable seat and a multifunctional computer display complete the package.

Short Description
Full size, fully featured, Light Commercial Rower
Almost as good as the Concept 2 rowers in Gyms. Rowing action is just as smooth, and the ability to increase the resistance at the push of a button without getting off the rower is great. Same shape as a commercial rowing machine, but more compact than the big gym rowers, less bulky (just as long but more narrow in width than concept 2 rower) and folds up easily, so its great for an apartment. Better workout than my treadmill, I've built more muscle in 2 weeks of use on this rower than in all my years of jogging on a treadmill & feel a lot stronger. Bending over to pick up heavy items is now easy.
