• Olympic Bar + Super Curl Bar These commercially rated bars have brass bushings (unlike inferior plastic bushings) and commercial knurling for maximum results.

• 100kg Olympic Weight plates These tri-grip commercial plates are easy to lift onto bars and horns and can be used as stand alone exercises due to the grip. Lateral flys, rows, and kettlebell swings can all be done with these plates just to name a few.

• Rubber Flooring When dealing with flooring accept no substitute. Our floor is 100% commercial quailty and high density. Poorer types will wear and flake and eventually cause deppressions in the workout area.
