York Complete Home Bench Package product information

 This YORK COMPLETE PACKAGE incudes all you will need for at home workouts. The bench can even be used to squat on, with safetys. The bench goes from decline to upright, and holds an Olympic bar that is included in the package.

• Olympic Bar + Super Curl Bar These commercially rated bars have brass bushings (unlike inferior plastic bushings) and commercial knurling for maximum results.

• 100kg Olympic Weight plates These tri-grip commercial plates are easy to lift onto bars and horns and can be used as stand alone exercises due to the grip. Lateral flys, rows, and kettlebell swings can all be done with these plates just to name a few.

• Rubber Flooring When dealing with flooring accept no substitute. Our floor is 100% commercial quality and high density. Poorer types will wear and flake and eventually cause depressions in the workout area. 

• Leg Curl/Extension Attachment This attachment is designed to maximize the leg development by isolating specific muscle groups in the legs.

• Preacher Curl Attachment One of the best ways to develop the arms, the preacher curl has long been used by bodybuilders to build the biceps. All attachments are place in the end of the bench and can be interchanged for different workouts.
