The Super curl bar hits the biceps like no other bar, its..well... SUPER!
Designed to alleviate the stress sometimes associated with curling, the Super Curl bar not only works the biceps but because of its shape you can target the Brachioradialis ( hammer curling) and the triceps aswell, with either overhead extensions or lying extension. You can target the back also with rowing movements and shoulders with press's and upright rows!!
